🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zynety Logistics
At Zynety Logistics, we strive to provide smooth, reliable, and secure delivery services across India. However, in the event of cancellations, delays, or package issues, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies:
📦 1. Package Loss / Damage
Insured Shipments – In case of confirmed package loss or damage, a 100% refund will be processed within 6 hours of claim approval.
Non-Insured Shipments – For un-insured packages, a partial refund (based on declared value and company discretion) will be issued.
⏱ 2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancelled Within 6 Hours of Booking – Eligible for a 70% refund of the service charge.
Order Cancelled After 6 Hours of Booking – No refund will be applicable, as the logistics process would have already been initiated.
💳 3. Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.).
Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank timelines.
📌 4. Exceptions
No refund will be issued for incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.
Refund eligibility is subject to verification of shipment details, delivery records, and claims raised by the customer.
