🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Zynety Logistics

 

At Zynety Logistics, we strive to provide smooth, reliable, and secure delivery services across India. However, in the event of cancellations, delays, or package issues, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies:


📦 1. Package Loss / Damage

  • Insured Shipments – In case of confirmed package loss or damage, a 100% refund will be processed within 6 hours of claim approval.

  • Non-Insured Shipments – For un-insured packages, a partial refund (based on declared value and company discretion) will be issued.


⏱ 2. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancelled Within 6 Hours of Booking – Eligible for a 70% refund of the service charge.

  • Order Cancelled After 6 Hours of Booking – No refund will be applicable, as the logistics process would have already been initiated.


💳 3. Refund Processing

  • All refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.).

  • Refunds are usually completed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank timelines.


📌 4. Exceptions

  • No refund will be issued for incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to verification of shipment details, delivery records, and claims raised by the customer.
