Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users (“Customer”, “Sender”, “Consignor”) of the services provided by Zynety Logistics Private Limited (“Zynety”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) including goods transport, courier, packers & movers, intercity services, and driver-partner services.
By placing an order, booking a service, or using our platform/app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
We may change or update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after such changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. User Responsibilities
The Customer warrants that any consignment is either owned by them or legally in their control and that they have the authority to arrange its transport.
The Customer must provide accurate information at the time of booking, including but not limited to: description of goods, weight/dimensions, pickup & drop-off addresses, contact numbers.
The Customer is responsible for correct packaging of goods. Where goods are fragile, high value, or require special handling, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable packing materials are used.
Restricted or prohibited items (as may be defined in our policy from time to time) must not be booked. Customers agree to indemnify Zynety for any loss or damage caused by mis-declared or prohibited items.
3. Service Specific Conditions
Goods Transport / Courier / Intercity Services
Estimated delivery times are indicative only. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, regulatory restrictions, force majeure, etc.).
We will provide updates via app/SMS/email regarding the status of delivery.
Packers & Movers
Includes services for packing, moving, loading, unloading, and transporting household or office items.
Customer must ensure correct disassembly and reassembly (if required) and safe passage for bulky items. Special items may need special permissions or arrangements.
Driver Partner Services
Drivers providing their own vehicle must meet Zynety’s registration, insurance, license, and vehicle maintenance requirements.
Payments for trips will be as per Zynety’s payout policy.
4. Payment and Cancellations
Payments are to be made via the methods offered (online wallet, UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery etc.), as applicable.
For cash on delivery services, the Customer must pay in full at delivery. Zynety is not responsible for tips or additional amounts beyond what is shown in the booking/order.
Cancellation by the Customer after vehicle/drivers are allocated may attract a cancellation fee as per Zynety’s policy. The exact fee will be communicated at cancellation.
5. Claims, Loss, Damage & Liability
Any claim for damage, loss, or non-delivery must be filed in writing to Zynety within [e.g. 24/48] hours of delivery or attempted delivery along with supporting evidence (photos, packaging etc.).
Zynety’s liability for damage or loss will be limited to either the freight amount paid or a capped amount (whichever is lower), unless the Customer has opted (or agreed) for additional coverage or insurance.
Zynety is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses (lost profits, delays, etc.).
6. Restricted Items & Illegal Goods
The Customer must not consign items that are prohibited, hazardous, illegal under applicable law, or otherwise restricted. Zynety reserves the right to refuse or halt transport of such items.
If required by law or by authorities, Zynety may inspect consignments or provide access to law enforcement. The Customer indemnifies Zynety for any losses that arise from prohibited contents.
7. Force Majeure
Zynety is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, strikes, war, pandemics, traffic restrictions, etc.
8. Right to Refuse / Terminate Services
Zynety reserves the right to refuse any booking or cancel services if the Customer fails to comply with these Terms, presents prohibited items, mis-declares contents, or gives incorrect address/contact information.
Similarly, access to services may be suspended in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of applicable laws or Zynety’s policies.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration / mediation or courts in Delhi, India, unless otherwise required.
